Biona organic Passata Fina is made from sun-ripened tomatoes (grown on a farm in Tuscany) that have been pureed and sieved until perfectly smooth. 

It's a traditional Italian store-cupboard essential used as a base for smooth sauces, pizza toppings, soups and stews.
